Jim Grant has an unusually diverse career combing teaching, union leadership, global corporate roles and running a highly success leadership consultancy - Dattner Grant.

He now works with a large number of diverse organisations on culture and leadership development and coaches a number of senior executives.

He is the author of two books Three Spirits of Leadership and Leader as Coach and has done considerable innovative work on emotions and their place in effectiveness and engagement. He is a Director of innovative charity Creativity Australia.
